The Power of Sound

The soothing and healing sound of Crystal Singing Bowls has a profound effect to help relax every part of you and make you feel safe to let go of the old and open to NEW.

The healing vibrations coming from the crystal bowls carry all elements and qualities of the materials used in them.  Bowls are made from 99.99% pure crystals, gemstones, semi-gemstones and minerals that also come with specific colour-vibrations.

The sound penetrates the body and reaches the cellular level.

One of the characteristics of crystals is the organised structure. When our cells, thoughts and emotions interact with the organised structure carried by sound, they also acquire a more organised and harmonised state.

The Alchemy crystal bowls which I use produce rich musical overtones which means higher, more refined frequencies.

 Sound vibrations bring the vibration of the body to factory setting, which is the original state of health. Our body has innate wisdom to choose which frequency is needed to restore a good healthy state.

Sound travels 4 times faster in the water than in the air. More than 70% of our body is made of water and therefore allowing sound to reach our cellular level which creates changes in us through its vibration. These sounds stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system which brings about a sense of calm, relaxation and healing to our being. Gently guiding your brain waves to shift from an awakened state to a more relaxed, meditative state, alpha, theta and delta. Deeply relaxed and/or meditative states are essential for healing and the regeneration process.

In a sound healing session, the facilitator creates sound frequency to balance and harmonise the system which improves many facets of the recipients’ life.

I offer regular group Meditation Journey Sessions with a Crystal Bowl relaxation. This is a great way to experience the benefits of sound healing.

I’m also available for personal Crystal Bowl sessions as well as sessions combining Reiki and Crystal Bowls.
